First course, choose from:
- Line-caught Kingfish crudo with charred blood orange and peppery nasturtium
- Curious Croppers heirloom tomatoes served with smoked stracciatella
- Blistered peppers, white anchovies, salsa rosso
Second course, choose from:
- Harmony Farms pork chop served with morcilla (blood sausage), capers
- Manuka roasted cauliflower steak, pomegranate, lemon, pistachio
- Bucatini Amatriciana with guanciale and smoked tomatoes and parmesan
