Father's Day
A day for bold and hearty, a lunch just as robust as the men we proudly call dad. Get him off the grill and leave it all to Esther this Father's Day, as we put on a lunch that’s roasted and seasoned to perfection.
We’ll start off with an ice-cold Heineken for Dad, before digging into two of Esther's iconic dishes; Puff bread and taramasalata, and Kingfish crudo. Next up we have a roasted butternut pumpkin with hummus and orange chilli oil and Sean's steak tartare. The main event is a roast beef with gravy and Yorkshire pudding, served with duck fat roast potatoes and grandma’s carrots. We’ll dial up with heat with a flaming crêpes suzette finale, flambéed right in front of his eyes for added theatrics (we’ll tell him it’s a special surprise, just for him). Dads, don your favourite flannelette and get ready to loosen a belt notch or two.
