An elegant rebellion against tradition, this two-course affair promises tiers, trolleys and an appetite for the unconventional. With savouries by our very own Executive Chef Shayne Mansfield, and sweets by local legend Reece Hignell of Cakeboi – you won’t want to miss a lick of it.
Start with overstuffed stands of Shayne’s house delicacies, brimming with charcoal bread, duck leg croquettes, and mini Merguez sausage pies. Then, make way for our roving Cakeboi Trolley. Claim your slice of layered Urban Hum Honey cake or flag down the fluffiest Victoria strawberry sponge. Overindulge with every sweet on offer, as it’s served directly from trolley to table.
And let’s not forget ‘tea’. QTea begins with a riotous welcome, with a signature Ketel Iced Tea cocktail. Rebellious in spirit, this cocktail has been infused with premium Ketel One Vodka, and sips perfectly alongside the goodies galore. Prefer to flex your littlest finger without a boozy punch of fun?
