Land vs Sea Rivalry Dinner

Great friends and rivals, Giovanni Pilu and Alessandro Pavoni, are back to host the incredible Northern Beaches Rivalry Dinners series 2025.  The Land vs. Sea dinner is the first of the 2025 series, crafting dishes purely focused on ingredients either from land or from sea.  Flavour profiles are derived from local ingredients and celebrates the diversity of produce from two vastly different ecosystems.  

4 course menu, food only, $150 per person. Matching wines $85 per person.

Our regular a la carte and set menus will not be available for this special event. Credit card details are required to secure all bookings, failure to show up, reducing in guest numbers by more than 50%, or cancelling within 7 days of the event will incur a $150 per person no-show fee based on the last confirmed guest numbers.
